Lead and execute the sales strategy through ICT Sales & Engineering support sales team; and Channel partners within India & Bangladesh to deliver results meeting or exceeding the revenue and profit objectives. Develop marketing plans, build sales channels and business verticals in the assigned role Report on business and financial performance weekly, monthly and quarterly in the assigned role Reporting/ Interface Solid line to ICT APAC Leader, dotted line to E&ES Country Manager Essential Job Functions Achieve AOP financial goals for India revenue and profit targets Develop sales objectives and implement the plan to achieve the sales objectives Promote and develop marketing plans and new sales initiatives Manage and maximize the performance of the sales & engineering sales team and promote teamwork among the members Exemplify and promote Honeywell ICT vision, direction, and culture through leadership and daily communication with team members Represent the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with other functional managers to ensure ICT delivers products and services exceeding customer expectations Developing SOP s for all sales-related process and procedures Education, Experience & Skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English. Superior group presentation skills and strong team player Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical accreditation 5 years or more experience in general manufacturing/oil & gas/petrochemical technical sales or management role, specific experience in combustion equipment highly desired. Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers Superior analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities Desire and willingness to be held accountable for delivering business results Excellent strategic thinking skills Proven ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Unwavering commitment to integrity and honestyQualificationsMin 6 Years of experience
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
