PURPOSE OF FUNCTIONTo establish the IKEA brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people, thereby reaching the IKEA business objectives.This shall occur bystimulate home furnishing interest in each local marketsecuring a strong brand and competitive position each local marketdriving traffic to the IKEA store and IKEA website by attracting new and more visitors to visit more often, and throught their life stages PURPOSE OF JOBBe a strong contributor to the country IKEA FAMILY team, by leading the development of the member offer (rewards & benefits) and store meeting place to retain and activate members within the programme.To lead the process for creating and executing the annual plan for the IKEA FAMILY member offer and store meeting place, in order to deliver against the IKEA FAMILY and broader marketing objectives.IKEA FAMILY includesmember offers benefits (including IKEA FAMILY range) and rewardsmeeting and communicating store, web, magazine (digital and print) and direct communicationprogramme operation member management tools/ insights and KPIs. ASSIGNMENTCreate the annual member offer, benefit and store meeting place plan and budget for the country; so itdrives member visiting frequency, activation and engagement contributing to the growth of the IKEA FAMILY member programmeLead the stores through providing the tools (benefit, event and reward materials) to secure a strong meeting between the member and IKEA in the store channel.Lead the process for providing competence and accessibility to understanding the IKEA FAMILY programme for the local marketing teams within the stores and service office.Lead the process to secure commercial review standards within all stores for all of the marketing related IKEA FAMILY components, through coaching, direction and follow up.Lead the development of new and existing member benefits and events, testing and learning which drive the most added value for the member and IKEA.Lead the event agencies to optimise member benefits and events that improve KPIs and member engagementLead the process to secure commercial review standards within all stores for all of the marketing related IKEA FAMILY components, through coaching, direction and follow up.Lead the development of new and existing member benefits and events, testing and learning which drive the most added value for the member and IKEA.Lead the event agencies to optimise member benefits and events that improve KPI s and member engagementLead the process to secure commercial review standards within all stores for all of the marketing related IKEA FAMILY components, through coaching, direction and follow up.Lead and steer an integrated multi-channel IKEA FAMILY benefit and reward mix for members.Be responsible for working with the country commercial activity group on supporting the country commercial calendar and growth goals with relevant IKEA FAMILY member events and benefits.COMPETENCESJOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGEKnowledge and experience of working with loyalty programmes, in particular member benefits and rewards.A knowledge of sales as well as the IKEA and IKEA FAMILY product range.An understanding of the retail business, with a focus on the IKEA store.Project planning and leading skills ensuring deadlines are met.Marketing and branding.Life at home, design and home furnishing.Passion for understanding customer behaviour and sales data and translating into member benefits and rewards.Interest in home furnishings, peoples life at home and shopping behaviour.CAPABILITIESCreative mindset and able to create relevant member benefits & rewards.Project and campaign management and follow up.An in depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Experience of working with member/customer events within a multi-channel environment.Relationship and networking skills.ESSENTIALS FOR PARTICULAR JOBProven experience in the field of consumer loyalty programmes and event management.Proven experience of managing event agencies and suppliers.Proven experience of using customer relation, sales and purchasing data for creating relevant benefits and rewards.Proven experience of creating and developing training materials for loyalty programmes.Working knowledge of key technologies and practices in the CRM sector.Working knowledge of developing a customer loyalty scheme. Experience from client side in loyalty programme management.
