Purpose Responsible for developing, implementing and/or executing financial, administrative, people management, organizational, governance and other processes required for the smooth and effective operation of XIM or a major XIM organization and for leading organizational change initiatives for Xerox Information Management (XIM) or a major XIM organization. Develops, implements and executes, or oversees the execution of major governance activities for XIM or a major XIM organization. Provides advice and counsel to one or more XIM senior leadership team members on administrative, financial, operational, personnel, organizational and other matters. Develops and deploys organizational policies and procedures. The role holder is an individual contributor responsible for performing the processes, activities and reporting to assist with effectively and efficiently running the operation of an organization.ScopeSpecific Autonomy Works under broad direction. Participates in organizational change initiatives for the organization Implements governance activities for the organization Captures, analyzes and reports key business, financial, compliance, project and/or compliance key performance indicator (KPI) metricsQualificationsCandidate EducationMinimum Bachelor's Degree Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other related field; or equivalent and relevant work experience.Preferred Master's DegreeCandidate BackgroundMinimum Typically has significant experience in IT areas and some exposure to financial and/or administrative processes and activities.Minimum Project management experience desired.Minimum Excellent written and verbal skills.Minimum Understand the fundamentals of Organizational Management (e.g. functions and focus of 1st line, middle and upper management within the XIM organization.Minimum Understand the elements of Operations and Planning (e.g. know how to define and implement operational processes, procedures, and controls; know how to define and implement policies to support tactical and strategic initiatives).Minimum Knowledge in Organizational Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Operations Excellence (e.g. efficiency improvements, elimination of organization waste, tight cost controls etc.) desiredMinimum Exposure to change management and the use of metrics.Minimum Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff.Minimum Demonstrates the ability to take responsibility and shows skill in the management of change and can handle contacts of all types and at all levels.Minimum Is conversant with the organizations IT strategy and governance, policies and standards.Minimum Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to the tasks undertaken and an awareness of the need to achieve quality.
