-Lead an inside sales team to meet & exceeds sales goals. -Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver results.- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified prospects. -Lead and schedule team meetings with sales team and leadership.-Coach and develop direct reports. -Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.-Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. -Collaborate with sales leadership to improve prospecting process.-Practice company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement. -Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.-Train and ensure adherence to sales process.SkillsMS Office, Communication Skills, Interpersonal & Networking skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
