Work on a target based plan which would includeCreating & maintaining customer lead sheet Planning daily outbound calls and documenting status and religious follow-upsSales targets will be weekly and will be measured on the number of sales converted Schedule calls, meetings, presentations and demos with prospective customersStay updated on latest information about our product, new features, updates in order to convey this effectively to our existing & new customers Answer questions and explain details about VidhyaWorld to both incoming requests and also initiate dialoguesKeep track of all the analytics; number of visitors served; follow ups; conversions; prospects and deliver periodical reports of action to the managementDesired Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills good command over the English languageAbility to persevere and constantly follow through with the customers A knack to strike up a conversation and articulate about our product in succinct manner in a short periodAbility to aggressively deliver on sales targetsProfile Any Under Graduate or Post Graduate degree Previous experiences in out-bound sales will be a bonusCustomer service experience with banks will be given preference Min 2-3 years experience required
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
