Work closely with the Sales Manager/s (SM) in identifying target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activitySegment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of Organizations Products & Services. Work on marketing programs (email / calling campaigns) to increase awareness of Products & Services with prospects and clientsDevelop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with Sales Managers / Field Sales ManagersMarket research and analysis of potential industry market segmentsCold calling to prospective leads, Follow-ups to win opportunities / saleIndependently handle first level of conversation on chosen servicesConvert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetingsLead qualification and hand overBuild a healthy / 13.5 Sales funnelDraw potential attendees for sales conferences / events / seminarsTracking and Reporting Report weekly activity and log all lead related data in CRM ToolWeekly planning meeting with sales manager to identify weekly activity, target accounts, lead generation strategy and planKRAs Meet pre-defined lead generation target (monthly and quarterly)Quality of leads generatedProgression of leads into Sales ClosureNumber of deal closuresValue of business generated, new Logos and Average Deal Size SkillsMinimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Inside / Technology SalesConsultative sales focusSelling IT Products services and solutionsMust be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)General understanding of the market customers & competitorsProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExcellent English - verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyTurn opportunities into sales over Phone calls / emails
