Generate new leads and opportunities for Saviance TechnologiesAnalyze potential clients and identify key contacts for relevant Saviance product/service offering, using existing databases, online directories, bidding portals to create and maintain potential lead DatabasePitch to Prospects/Customers on various Saviances Software products & Services (Application Development, Mobility, and Analytics).Educate customers / Prospects on Saviance servicesCarry call targets, Meeting targets, Opportunity Targets, RFX targets and finally closure targets.Run event and in house campaigns from time to timeFollow up aggressively with prospects/ Customers to close businessAbility to develop marketing messages and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clientsWork with Sales and Pre Sales team to enable deal closuresStay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors. Support Sales team in preparing for client meetingsPrepare Minutes of the meeting and report analysisIdentify various IT networking events that the company may benefit from attendingPresent a professional image at all times to Prospects/CustomersMaintain Proficiency in using personal computers, data entry and other common office equipment and softwareDrive customer traffic to events, online Saviance websites etcManage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the teamWork with SME / Solutions group to present solutions to customers. Engage the SME and generate the right presentations to the customersEducation & ExperienceGraduation/Post-graduation in Business, Marketing DisciplineMinimum 3 - 5 years relevant work experience conducting Inside Sales in US geography for Health care IT products and servicesPrior experience of conducting lead generation activities in the US is essentialKnowledge/experience in Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, .NET is desirableUnderstanding of basic technological conceptsPersonal AttributesFlexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new processesEffective listening, Communication (Verbal and Written) and good Phone skillsStrong interpersonal skillsProfessional DemeanorAble to handle customer objections with diplomacy and tactAble to work independentlyHighly logical and patientHighly self-motivatedAttention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
