Job BriefInside Sales Representative will thrive in quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Comfortably make 50+ calls per day, work with channel partners, generate interest, qualify prospects and closing sales.Key Role & Responsibilities Selling E-learning and Education in an Outbound/ Inbound Sales Process.Informing clients to avail services for E-Learning solutions based on K-12 segment i.e KinderGarden to Std. 12th, Professional, Skill Development and Higher Education Courses .Handle client interactions, customer query related to E-learning solutions.Meeting Business targets through effective convincing and selling skill.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up/ outbound cold calls/ emails.Understand customer needs and requirements.Route qualified opportunities to the senior for further development and closure.Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.Perform effective online demos to prospects.Desired Education, Experience & SkillsGraduate with 2 to 4 year experience of inside sales.Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone presence and experience dialing 50+ calls per day.Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.Experience working with or similar CRM.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong listening and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Desired ProfileGraduate 2+ Yrs Inside Sales exp, excellent English convincing skills. Work on Salesforce/ CRM/ web presentation tools. Answer client enquiries about e-learning solutions and possess strong tele-calling skills.Source new sales opportunities thru inbound lead/ follow-up/ outbound cold calls/ emails. Route qualified leads to senior and collectively close sales. Ability to make 50+ tele-calls per day. Proficient with web presentation tools/ CRM/ SKILLSClient Acquisition, Up-Selling, Reporting, Tele-Sales Voice Process, Client Interaction, Outbound/ Inbound Calling, Tele-Call, Answer Queries, Soft Spoken English, Polite, E-Learning, K-12, Professional/ Higher Education, Convincing/ Persuasive,
