Job Responsibilities- The incumbent will work and be responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with particular customers. - The rolewill act as an interface between the customer service and the sales team in the company and will be responsible to create long termrelationships with the portfolio of assigned clients.- The role will be required to understand the customer demands, plan towards meeting those demands, and generate sales as aresult.- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.- Ensure strong relationship management with key corporates and deployment of targeted initiatives for a healthy business growth.- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and crossselling- Manage and resolve issues or any conflicts with clients related to business relationship- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account- Establish budgets with the client and company & work towards meeting the time deadlines for accounts- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and lead solution development efforts that best addresscustomer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.- Establish price points to maximise penetration and achieve the same by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.- Identify key accounts to strategically secure profitable business and implement systems & process for monitoring CorporateBusiness in sales funnel.- Support the teams down the line in generating high volume leads and ensure relationships are nurtured for long term businessrelationship.- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating the opportunities for B2B selling.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
