Your RoleAs Workday Integration Consultant in Gensler Asia office and as part of the Firmwide Human Resources team, you will be an integral part of growing HRIS Team, working on design and maintenance of the companys Human Resources Information System (Workday) and several technology platforms associated with payroll, compensation, benefits, on-boarding, applicant tracking, talent management, and the new hire process. You will liaise with the FW HR team, Regional HR team, Payroll, Finance and other teams in the organization.ResponsibilitiesVaried activities in a fast-paced environmentTechnical, analytical focusRequired SkillsBachelor Degree (computer related field preferred)Prior consulting experienceConversion or data integration related project experienceKeen understanding of the software development lifecycleWorkday Certification Desirable (Integration)7-10 years minimum total HRIS / HRMS experience with increasing responsibility3-5 years of integration experience within Workday2-3 years of experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPathAbility to define the object model of a complex business system by mapping its componentsUnderstand an ERP or complex SaaS system to perform functional tasksAbility to define requirements/ timing of integration and identify alternative solutions that best fit the business needsTransform large data sets and format them to various outputs using Excel, XML, and XSLT toolsKnowledgeable in Object Oriented conceptsKnowledgeable in Web Services (WSDL, SOAP)Knowledgeable in J2EE or .NETEasily able to perform focused development tasks for long stretches of timeStrong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V Lookup etc.)Work within established standards and guidelinesExpertise-based problem solvingPro-active, problem solving/ decision-making orientationMinimize riskTask-based and factual communication and collaborationSense of urgency to achieve timely, quality resultsAuthoritative leadership based on specialized expertise, knowledge of systemsAbility to embrace and intake new software and features as requestedAbility to work in an environment where ambiguity is the normProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to learn new systems quickly and understand how they integrate with one anotherTrack record of integrity and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive informationDemonstrated confidence and high degree of professionalism
