Identify and research Global markets for the B2B business of the Company for diamond JewelryDevelop and execute all sales and business development functions, including new product rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and order fulfillmentResponsible for strategically penetrating new global accounts and developing key relationships with existing global accounts to ensure repeat business.Increase client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues in the international marketDetermine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that targets are achievedAchieve agreed budgetary targets across each of the global markets in which the Company operates or plans to operateManage the preparation of the budgets, reports, forecasts and performance and ensure they are presented in a timely manner to theCEOEnsure the continued development of the Company s client base by actively managing the expansion of products and services into new markets in line with the companys ambitionsEnsure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential clients across each of the markets in which the Company provides its products and servicesDesired Candidate ProfileMBA with 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales & MarketingExperience in B2B / wholesale jewellery, sales experience in the international marketStrong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.Ideally a person who has managed / managing business volume in multiple millionUSDAbility to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levelsExceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
