To maintain harmonious employee relations and maintain high morale among employees in the organization by securing better human relations, enhancing productivity & employee involvement / engagement, compliance of all labour laws, AND contract labour management at offices and factories.Successful maintaining a line of communication with employees and workers at all levels so as to achieve the planned output consistently at all times.Establish various Fora to ensure that complete, authentic and realistic information is provided at all times to the employees. Also convey the Targets and expectations of management and at periodic intervals provide feedback to management.Keep update on labour & social security statutes & comply with all the provisions. Conduct Audits at periodic intervals for review of compliance. Also establish and maintain excellent rapport and relationship with all government officials.Achieve in the non management category Targeted Training. Work towards achieving Employee empowerment. Desired Candidate Profile Establish a good working relationship with company Labour / Industrial Advocate for ensuring timely guidance and corrective actions on any emerging labour matters.Create a dialogue with Management on the line of action to be taken in any matter of compliance or court case and discuss with the company advocate to achieve the same.Effective Liaison with & Foster good relations with government officials to acquire the required licences, registrations etc. Ensure legal compliance for all locations where Indiana operates in India.Should be to interact with Customer as well as Government Agencies regarding statutory requirements of Safety and environment.Recruitment & training to workforce, Manage training centre, implement EPP scheme for cost reduction.To conceptualize and design Employee Involvement Programs to maintain a high engagement level amongst employees at the factory.To organize & carry out welfare activities for workmen in a fair & transparent mannerContinuously practice supervision by walking and ensure that the Housekeeping and Hygiene is as per set processes. Conduct training in this area for all canteen and conservancy staff.To constantly launch programs for continuous improvement and ensure timely recognition of employees.
