Manage the financial planning and forecasting process for MEA to deliver the plan/forecast on time and in line with guidelines and assumptions Challenging input from operations and recommend to senior operations management initiatives to achieve overall plan Support the 24 month rolling forecast process by providing all financial advice for the monthly Supply Review Clear articulation of risks and opportunities including the impacts of currency & commodity (Aligned by through Procurement)Ensure reconciliation of VOLT to the P&L Performance ManagementManagement of the month end process for MEA. Timely and relevant analysis of the monthly and YTD result by stream and cost drivers, risks and opportunities.Support Delivery of the $50MM productivity agenda Development of analysis to create management insights around current performance / trends to drive business improvement.Analysis and monitoring of productivity effectiveness by review of the AP productivity process and resultsFinancial Controls Accountable for all standard cost, info records, export and import price lists, outline agreements and ingredient revenue mark up for CEPL materialsApprover of Balance Sheet reconciliations Ensure internal controls and systems comply with accounting standard, statutory requirements and Corporate guidelines Ensure IBRs and inventory are accurate Product CostingResponsible for all MEA product costing activities including updating of SAP activity rates, cost runs and cost bridges Loading and reconciling SAP to FiT management reportingsystem including EVA drivers Detailed analysis of cost bridges including activity drivers (volume, currency, commodity, productivity, inflation) and accurate splits to categoriesMEA Benchmarking for sites and product groups, including strategic sourcing analysis Management and tracking of inventory movements (eg. devaluation/revaluation) New product development costingCategory link for MEA cost related queries Personal Specifications5+ years of experience with extensive experience in the finance function of a MNC.Must have commercial finance experience (Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain) and people management experience.Preference for strong Supply Chain finance backgroundSound understanding of the consumer goods industry and fx/commodity markets worldwideTechnical / Work-based SkillsKnowledge of SAP is desirable or at least a working knowledge of a similar type of ERP system. Proficient analytical skills Solid understanding of Profit and Loss, balance sheet management and cashflow analysisAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills General Skills / AttributesEffective leadership & team management skillsAbility to Influence Business partners, internal and external stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Drive for excellence and self-motivated.Effective written and oral communication skillsProblem solving abilitiesStrong time management skillsActively demonstrates the Mondelz values and ways of working.
