As an Integration Project Lead you will Create, communicate, and manage the project plans and other required project documentation and provide updates as necessary. Proactively manage project status, issues and problems and communicate to senior leaders on a regular basis Maintains project documentation, including project charter, requirements, conceptual design, test plans, schedules, and presentations. Gains expertise in business processes and technology platforms of the business application suites in addition to data flows from system to system Interacts with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs Coordinate and monitor development efforts for all projects Works with the business and IT teams to create and execute test scripts, conduct defect reviews and define remediation requirements Plan and lead data conversion and analysis, testing and implementation efforts Determine and implement alternative approaches and optimal solutions to business issues Assess all projects after completion for positive and negative factors, develop improvement plans to implement on future projects Coordinate with senior leaders to prioritize new integration requests and bring resource recommendationsQualifications/RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent relevant certifications 8-10 years experience with systems implementations and/or IT project execution 4-years experience working with cross-functional projects with various stakeholders (internal and external) in a business facing role. Identify and implement process improvements on conversion process, influence stakeholders to drive change Strong planning, time management, leadership skills, business acumen Effective communication skill Ability to comprehend and effectively deal with cultural differences Must be self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure and in fast paced team environment.Desired Characteristics Domain knowledge of either accounting and/or financial applications. Possesses problem solving, prioritization, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to make recommendations to all levels of the organization. Experience with industry standard financial applications (i.e. SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) orGECARS is very desirable. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects Strong knowledge of SQL query language is a PLUS
