Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration and deployment of Puppet/Mcollectiveinitiative.Document best practices and develop repeatable processes/frameworks to accelerate the adoption of Puppet/Mcollective for provisioning/automation.Develop shared components and libraries to allow self-service of build/test automation.Collaborate with support organizations to design and develop new tools and processes to make it easier and faster for the teams to support and deploy services on cloud.Required Skills Experience with Puppet / MCollective (Mandatory).Should have strong programming skills on Ruby / Python / Perl.Experience with scripting in Linux and/or WindowsExperience with GIT branching strategies and distributed development.Must have experience in Shell / Perl / Python / Ruby scripting at Enterprise level supporting System Administration activities.Experience in managing Linux and Solaris environments is must; knowledge on windows is added advantage. Certifications like RHCE will be added advantage.Should be self-driven and able to handle / drive projects independently.Good communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team and also independently.Good technical writing skills.Candidate must be versatile, long-term visionary, a team-player, and enjoys working with new technologies in a fast-paced technology environment.Good to haveExperience in AI projects.Experience in package management.Experience in Vagrant.Experience in Test Automation.Experience in Oracle technologies and components.Experience of working in a cloud PaaS/SaaS environment.Experience in Chef / Ansible.Knowledge of ZFS File system management.Tier 4 Data center experience.ITIL certification. Detailed Description and Job RequirementsWork with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA
