-End To End recruitment cycle .-Short-listing profiles from various job sites (Monster, Naukri) based on the requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate's skill sets and experience.Posting the job requirements on different portals.Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring.Interacting with departmental heads to understand their requirements.Based on the clients requirements screening the resumes and judging the candidates to meet the particular requirement.Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.Short listing the candidates by the clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews, &Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, ensuring the maximum of them are placed successfully within the organizationGetting Feedback Ensuring the offer letter issues and joining date formalitiesCo-ordinate with other recruiters to work as a team.Finding high quality professionals for various clients, maintaining a database of candidates and clients.--Taking care of hiring for Client.--Responsible for providing good quality candidates to the businesss.---Manages the entire staffing process recruits, screens, interviews and selects employees for the Client--Writes recruitment advertisements for posting in portals, internet and other recruiting sources-- Responsible for handling multiple requirements from the clients
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
