Youll be the day-to-day service integrator in the IT Service Operations organization, providing efficient and effective services and contribute to Top Quartile performance in costs and processes. The Landscape Integration Manager (LIM) is accountable for delivering optimal Software as a Service (SaaS) landscape performance covering the business needs by providing excellent pro-active incident and problem management, and is also accountable for optimal change, configuration and release management in the landscape. Operate and IntegrateE2E landscape management;Ensure the end-to-end SaaS landscape (i.e. SAAS, Interfaces, Reporting, FAAS, etc.)remains available, reliable, secure and compliantOwn and coordinate resolutions delivered by several independent support teams from SaaS vendors and Shell IT organisations that have no formal organizational relations to the LIM teamNegotiate, agree, integrate and operate OLAs and SLAs with IT support teams and SaaS/Cloud suppliersMonitor performance by agreed support and business KPI s to ensure pro-active alignment with business needs and to ensure to be the business partner of choice.Ensure regulatory and compliance controls are embedded in landscape operations and manage evidence collection centrally and pro-actively plan execution of controls on yearly basisIncident and problem Management;Be the owner of incidents and escalations on integrating components in the SAAS Landscape (i.e. FAAS, Interfaces, Reporting, IE, GI-D scripting and data issues).Coordination of (pro-active) resolutions delivered by several independent support teams, possibly from various SaaS/Cloud solutions and the Shell IT support teams that the SaaS solution integrates with on premiseMaintain Landscape specific settings, i.e. GID scripts, or Interfaces.Own and ensure continuous improvement by pro-active problem management (trend analysis) in all integrated applications in the SaaS landscape through the various IT support teams and SaaS vendor\Ensure availability, reliability, consistency of data throughout all integrated applications in the SaaS landscape (input-output)Change / ConfigurationRequest Management; Develop/Maintain standard Requests and Service CatalogueChange Management;Review/Assess/Implement configurations and enhancementsBusiness processes Configure applications for business processes through a Supplier provided tool (for which often a training/certification is required). Work as one team with business support teams and other Tier2 teams to ensure seamless delivery and solutions according to specifications.Release ManagementEnsure impact analysis is done on the integrating applications and technologies for periodic technical and/or content releases of the SAAS solution, ensure proper communications are sent and trainings delivered through the business support teams. Be the Shell representative at the SAAS suppliers customer forum for roadmap discussionsSupportability ensure changes, configurations and project deliverables/solutions are successfully delivered into the SaaS landscapeDimensions and Special ChallengesNo direct reportsVirtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams and across many organizational boundaries (within and across IT support and delivery organizations, incl. suppliers)Managing multiple delivery priorities, multiple demand requests and complex issuesHigh degree of application, technology and SaaS landscape complexityGets solutions from other support teams that have no formal organizational relations to LIMWorks as one team with business support teams to ensure seamless deployments of changes and maximum added value for the business by proposing continuous improvements in line with the business needs and strategyRequirementsQualifications and SkillsMandatory Educated to a degree level, preferably in Information Technology or similar Knowledge of service support, operation & design processes (ITIL) Self-starter and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority Maintains up-to-date technical overview of application and infrastructure environments as well as application changes Coordination of resolutions delivered by several independent support teams, possibly from various SaaS/Cloud solutions and the Shell IT support teams that the SaaS solution integrates with on premise, like for example Interfaces, network, desktop applications like IE, reporting, FAAS Very good understanding of business impact of incidents/problems in the SaaS/Cloud based environment and the technologies and applications the SaaS solution integrates with like for example Interfaces, network, desktop applications like IE, reporting, FAAS3-5 years of relevant experience Proven excellent analytical and problem solving skills on multiple complex incidents in multiple interconnected systems Knowledge of application landscapes including underlying infrastructure, application security concepts, application and network process concepts Proven strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data reporting experience Proven ability to quickly study and understand IT systems and to incorporate differing systems capabilities into the final integrated solution Proven ability to analyze and understand business functional and non-functional requirements for supportability impact, as well as assessing implications of landscape changes. Strong process orientation & process management skills Proven ability to communicate timely and effectively to business partners Proven ability to analyse and understand business functional and non-functional requirements for supportability impact, as well as assessing implications of landscape changes.3 years of relevant experience Experience in coordinating various IT support teams in incident and problem resolution in complex support organisations incl. SaaS/Cloud vendors Strong stakeholder, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills to work with multiple stakeholders across organizational and business boundaries at all levels. Ability to deal with conflict and ambiguity effectively Proven ability to manage differing priorities to a single IT system design decision in a collaborative manner. Able to challenge proposed solutions that are not in line with the main Shell strategy or roadmaps and are introducing risks or unnecessary additional complexity in the landscape, in a collaborative manner Proven ability to do proper risk assessments on multiple interconnecting systems incl. SaaS/Cloud systems Proven ability to create an IT development environment that emphas strict business controls and change governance Preferred Prior experience managing vendor relationships in a collaborative and supportive manner Prior experience working in a cross-regional team Prior experience managing broad scale design initiatives in other SaaS environments Prior programming experience in a professional business environment Actual understanding of the ITSO, GFSOM and Shell business environment will be considered as advantageous
