Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service ImplementationSupport Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands-on user support as neededHeavy hands-on experience with various CRM application areas such as Service/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ AnalyticsQualificationsExpertiseHands on experience on latest releases CRM 7.0Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experiencePrevious implementation experience with semi-conductor industries is a BIG PLUS Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best PracticesInterpersonal skills strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM ServiceWillingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as neededCRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
