Work with Product Owner to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert business requirements into technical terms for the development team, perform high level data analysis & detailed designs. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teamsThis includes - -Partnering with business representatives to understand the business value, problem and needs, document and analyze as-is and to-be processes, business data and success criteria-Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements AND system expectations at a detailed level (including accounting for downstream/upstream impacts) -Partnering with technical leads/reps to give feedback and shape the design; Plan, Document and Execute Test Cases; Report out status to the project teams-Act as a subject matter expert on data definitions, business process steps and tools -Suggest and drive business and project process / workflow improvements where appropriate-Document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post implementation and stabilization- This role requires a flexible work schedule and you will be expected to work outside of the traditional work hours to accommodate both the India/US time zones.You will work with your manager to create a schedule that works for you and the India/US team, while accommodating a positive work-life balance. Additional Preferred QualificationsSpecific responsibilities include -Lead and participate in analysis of specific business objectives, and participate in technical design sessions.-Partner with IT architects on design and integration techniques for our case management services. -Execute proof-of-concept design experiments work to explore solution options.-Be able to drive and optimize declarative and customization designs and carry out SFDC / Cloud integration development. -Work with cross functional team members in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet user requirements by utilizing the SFDC toolkit and other integration tools (e.g. Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Mulesoft, etc.)-Seek out ways to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace in all areas -Subject matter expert for development and support of provided solutions-Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered. -Participate in all phases of solution lifecycle delivery including identifying/ defining a need, designing solutions, constructing the chosen solution, validating/implementing/supporting the solution by utilization of an Agile delivery model-Provide daily support of solution implementations The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits-Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, software estimation, design and coding techniques, test methodologies and framework, strong coding/scripting instincts, as test automation is more similar to developing code -Strong software logic design, analytical/analysis and problem solving skills-Ability to effectively document all requirements, solution designs and functionality. -Domain knowledge in application cloud integration and technologies-Should come from strong technical background -Strong communication skills-Problem solving capabilities -Should have proven leadership qualities with a solid track record-Ability to learn and adapt new technologies with the growth and innovation mindset -Team work and maintain good attitude-Excellent team player and ability to work in a highly-dynamic environment. QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field.-5 - 8 years experience as a Business/Systems Analyst AND Project Management -Previous experience with CRM Knowledge and exposure to open source technology is a plus-Experience with cloud Integration technologies. -Solid understanding on OO program language like Java, JS, C#, HTML, CSS-Experience working with integrations / APIs (e.g. Mulesoft, Informatica, SQL, etc) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Experience with Agile development and CI / CD practices. -Development experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.) desirable-Salesforce certification a plus.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
