Job Description In this position, you will join Sales and Marketing IT (SMIT) group that delivers solutions (SFDC) for Sales and Marketing and other business partners at Intel. Our department's goal is to support the transformative efforts of our new Customer Relationship Management sales and service clouds. We are looking for a Salesforce analyst who enjoys driving, building, and partnering the new way to deliver transformative results. The individual will be asked to understand and suggest improvements to business process, model solution designs using Salesforce that automate those process, and implement those models as easily maintainable solutions. The individual may also be required to offer consulting services to other organizations and efforts with SMIT and other parts of Intel seeking to use Work with Product Owner to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert business requirements into technical terms for the development team, perform high level data analysis detailed designs. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams This includes - -Partnering with business representatives to understand the business value, problem and needs, document and analyze as-is and to-be processes, business data and success criteria -Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements AND system expectations at a detailed level (including accounting for downstream/upstream impacts) -Partnering with technical leads/reps to give feedback and shape the design; Plan, Document and Execute Test Cases; Report out status to the project teams -Act as a subject matter expert on data definitions, business process steps and tools -Suggest and drive business and project process / workflow improvements where appropriate -Document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post implementation and stabilization- This role requires a flexible work schedule and you will be expected to work outside of the traditional work hours to accommodate both the India/US time zones.You will work with your manager to create a schedule that works for you and the India/US team, while accommodating a positive work-life balance. Additional Preferred Qualifications Specific responsibilities include -Lead and participate in analysis of specific business objectives, and participate in t Project Management -Previous experience with CRM Knowledge and exposure to open source technology is a plus -Experience with cloud Integration technologies. -Solid understanding on OO program language like Java, JS, C#, HTML, CSS -Experience working with integrations / APIs (e.g. Mulesoft, Informatica, SQL, etc) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Experience with Agile development and CI / CD practices. -Development experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.) desirable -Salesforce certification a plus.
