Implementing and maintaining effective interfaces with other Service Management disciplines and other areas within IT and the business.Monitoring of metrics and management reporting.Identifying and specifying availability business, instrumentation/measurement, new monitoring, and supplier requirements.Identifying industry benchmark information, availability improvement options, availability shortfalls, and corrective actions.Validating those design requirements which meet required business availability levels.Developing/updating availability plan and required plan templates.Developing availability assessment document with options.Creating baseline for each service, vital business function and configuration items.Represent the department to other groups in the company and with external vendors.Assist in defining and coordinating team projects and activities.Maintain and administer third party applications Create appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes.Developing capacity plan, cost summary and refresh requirements/estimates.Initiating root cause analysis for Capacity Plan shortcomings and determine capacity gapsSynchronizing capacity plan requirements with availability plan.Developing recommendations to avoid capacity interruptions SkillsShould have experience and training in ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and Lean Management, CMMI, and general quality assurance and process improvement methodologies.Knowledge of ITIL (i.e. Foundation, Practitioner or Management level certification) Should have customer focus and good interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of latest technologies pertinent to the discipline.Must have Certification on ITIL V3 Foundation.Knowledge of SLA, ITIL CSDM process.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 5-8
