University degree level (preferably in IT)8-10 years of application development experience, preferably in a large corporation with a demonstrated ability to navigate large, complex organizations to get work done.Prior experience in an investment bank (Finance domain) preferred Additional Experience/Good to HaveGeneral knowledge of PNL reporting and calculation or Product Control activities in Investment BankingWorking experience in onshore/offshore or outsourced models OthersAt times, candidate may need to work flexible hours to engage with other global IT teams in Singapore, London, & USStrong inclination to business, functional understandingStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent inter-personnel skills and experience of working in a Client / Vendor model.Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including documentationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed teamConfident and resourceful, willingness to learn Unix shell scripting (4+ years)Experience of Oracle 10g/11g, PL/SQL programming (3+ years)Exposure to SDLC tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, SVN, TeamCity, Nolio, Crucible, Quality CenterTechnicalExcellent advanced Java / J2EE programming skills (6+ years)Good knowledge of JMS infrastructure, messagingGood knowledge and prior experience of design patterns in JavaWeblogic 10.x - Application deployment, tuning & debugging. Prior experience in performance tuning (5+ years)
