She/he will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. She/he will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs.2) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and client stakeholdersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives.Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Forecast and track key account metricsIdentify and grow opportunities within territory/account and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth.Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as neededMapping skill set to client resource requirementProactively lead the company strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.Achieve strategic client objectives defined by company managementAttending meetings with clientsDelivering presentationsSales and support sales department with their requirementMaintain high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standards 3) KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES, VALUESProven account management or other relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-levelExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needsProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills4) QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSMBA/BBA, preferably in Sales and MarketingExposure in handling International market is a must. Previous work knowledge in US, Europe, Australia market is an added advantage.Proven account management experience, with track record of over-achieving targetsStrong phone presence and experience in placing client callsProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMust be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
