Job Details

Essential Job Responsibilities Solves product and network problems and questions of low complexity. Effectively utilizes basic lab setups to duplicate and resolve problems. Creates Knowledge Base articles and provides input to higher levels on deployment guides. Perform Daily ticket sweeps in order to ensure all tickets are updated and addressed accordingly. Typically interfaces with customers and field personnel, via phone, email (possibly chat) Receives close supervision and detailed instructions. Follows standard practices and procedures. Consults with other engineers for guidance on new assignments and tasks.Core Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot small networks. Basic technical skills and knowledge, grasp of networking fundamentals. Basic planning, prioritization and organizing skills. Drives for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork. Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting and case management tools. Locating and utilizing engineering aliases/newsgroups Conceptual knowledge of Meru wireless products and management tools. Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function effectively in standard daily activities. Encourages and accepts feedback. Adheres to technical case note standards. A passion for helping and delighting customers.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
