The RDAC team in Pune is seeking to recruit an Analyst to join the growing team. The role involvesUnderstanding the mapping, relevance and implication of various data types pertinent to credit risk exposure reporting and management functions.A good understanding of typical dealer-based financial Derivative products.Validating data for trades, Collateral, Netting and sensitivities and the corresponding exposure metrics including MTM, Notional, PE, EPE, VaR and DLE.Understand the various controls required to ensure data completeness and accuracy and where required implement additional controls for newly added data types or in support of methodology changes.Job demands good analytical skill and a strong Team playerYou OfferGraduate/MBA in Finance/ with 2 to 4 years of work experience in a financial institution with good product knowledge and good understanding of Risk management tools and techniques.Experience of working in an Investment Bank especially Capital Markets will be an added advantage.Excellent communication skills both oral and written (interact with geographically dispersed teams).Analytical skills to identify the scope and parameters of reported issues and provide appropriate solutionsMotivated, proactive and customer focused to achieve high quality of solutions and serviceFamiliarity with process improvement tools is an advantage
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
