Job Details

Our client one of the organizational consulting firms in UAE requires Junior HR Consultant for their operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 – 4 years of experience working in HR operations.
Responsibilities include:
Understand client practices and business objectives in order to offer appropriate HR recommendations to meet those objectives Helps clients strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations Provide expert advisory and consultancy service to management and staff on a wide range of complex human resource management matters Develops, revises and implements human resource policies and procedures at client organizations Accountable for proactively building and managing relationships and maintaining credibility at executive levels within client organizations.Organize and timely manage client work plans and deliverables.Identify relevant information for strategy review and prepare checklists for fact finding.Act independently as on-site or remote HR manager for clients.Conducts periodic audits of human resource activities at client organizations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Attend sales calls, assess client needs and assist in the preparation of client proposals.Participate in department and project meetings as requested by the supervisor.Prepares and maintains different reports as requested by the immediate supervisor.


Bachelor’s degree required; or Human Resources preferredMinimum two (2) years’ experience in a professional level Human Resources roleDemonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationMust be able to maintain confidentialityExcellent consulting skills.Excellent client management and business literacy skillsBe self-directed and motivated.Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementationShould be willing to travel
