Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA essential. MBA desirable. 4-7 years of successful sales experience in Digital Media, handling corporate clientele. Existing relationship with advertisers & digital media agencies is preferred. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment Strong planning ability & customer orientation. Thorough on problem solving abilities & negotiation skills. Go getter with hands-on sales approach. Required Job Specifications Cultivate new large accounts in the region. Generate & exceed assigned sales targets per month. Execute & establish any new media solutions that is developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region. Work strongly with clients and advertising agency with decision makers and influencers. Build personal credibility and manage customer and relationships. Maintain & enhance relationship with existing large customers. Contribute towards increasing Sales team productivity in the region. Contribute to cultivating a success-oriented, cooperative, and diligent team culture. Key responsibilities Meet Revenue TargetsKey accounts acqusition and management in the Corporate category
