Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES1. Project identification stage wise2. Presentation to architects, builders, contractors, specifiers etc.3. Analytical skills for project details4. Competitors update5. Builder & developers account mapping in respective territory6. Generating product specs through architects7. Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects, i.e. PMC, contractors, designers etc.8. Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients9. Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments10. To achieve sales target aligned with respective product line11. Carrying out Post order Management Activities12. Payment Collections as per terms agreed with Customer13. Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets14. To keep track on competitors movement in respective accounts
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)

Experience: 5-10
