Key Duties and Responsibilities - Drive business growth (Organic + inorganic) through implementation of strong customer relationships, Key account management principles, Value Selling.Knowledge of B2B, Route to Market and Distributor operation modelDriven new business development through customer acquisitions, benchmarking of competition activityEnsure implementation of Order to Cash cycleDrive projects along with the Technical and innovation teamsDrive robust planning process and work with Supply Chain / S&OP teamsConduct technical seminars, technology days at key customersInteraction with the Global key account team to drive in best practice transfers among the teamBe repository of Footwear knowledge on new projects . Drive the opportunity pipeline throughour the year and track them on conversionWork closely with Marketing team on Discovery model to understand the Unmet Needs of the customerClear understanding of Value Chain inFootwear Industry. Strong focus on Innovation to drive and lead projectsWorking Relationships External Customers and DistributorsFootwear PUForumsInternal Build strong interpersonal relationships with and maintain excellent communication with internal teams and departments- Supply Chain and Operation- Demand Management- Technical Services- Manufacturing- Marketing- Performance ManagementSpecial features Willingness to travel as requiredEducational Qualifications / Experience B. E or B. Tech in Polymers / Chemicals with 10 12 years of work experience in related industriesComputer literate with demonstrated ability in generic computer packages such as Microsoft OfficeKey Competencies Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and relationship management with cross functionsBe a self starter, demonstrate strong desire to attain goals / targetsAbility to work well individually and in a cross functional teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong alignment to Huntsman s mission and values
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
