Job DescriptionResponsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, client deliverables, payment collection.Reviews all major deliverables to ensure client expectations are metManage contract (new and renewals) and pricing negotiationsProvides regular two-way communication between the client and operations team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.Manage and expand client relationships at different hierarchal levels.Gain enough knowledge of their business requirements to be able to make recommendationsMaximize revenue through strong account mining practicesDevelop, manage, and report on a sales pipelineWork with key Technology Partners/SIs/NEPs to identify and develop new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain internal relationships with other sales and functional teamsIdentify opportunities in the target market to acquire and develop customersDevelop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and servicesGather and monitor sales forecasts and report them internally in a timely fashionEstablish a support mechanism to make us the easiest and preferred vendor to work with and actively remove barriers to achieve that goalAttendance in and support of Xalted related eventsDesired SkillsEssential requirements include a verifiable track record of production and success selling. Additional qualification/requirements are-Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to exceed individual monthly and quarterly quotasExperience in dealing with sales in government accountsKnowledge of RPF/Tendering / Proposal development is an advantageShould be able to articulate the views and effectively interact at CXO level and senior client officials.Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal managementSet challenging goals, monitor progress, and make sure that results are achieved as plannedDemonstrated command of the industry with the confidence to present solutions and their business benefitsAbility to differentiate offerings from competition based on all key perspectives (e.g. features, pricing, tactics, etc.)Responsiveness and thorough follow-up with customers and prospectsOutstanding organizational and process skills to ensure top priorities are consistently being pursuedMandatory RequirementResponsible for managing Central Government, PSU's and other allied Xalted accounts in India, such as BSNL, MTNL, etc, as well as the NEPs, SIs & Key Technology Partners. Responsible for generating new and repeated business from the mentioned accounts. Account Manager will be responsible for creating a consistent and sustainable pipeline of business opportunities and negotiating sales closures. You will also be responsible for effectively knowing, utilizing, leading, and coordinating all resources necessary to grow the company's total revenue in allocated accounts.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
