Key Responsibilities This role is required to identify and develop new clients (including broking house, real estate agents, builders) in Mumbai region, India during first phase. Leading the Sales activities and establishing/maintaining relationships at all levels. The role would thus be responsible and accountable for the following areasSALES & MARKETINGResponsible for farming existing accounts and hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from the Domestic Market (Mumbai)Implement short & long term Sales & Marketing strategies for the company as guided by the DirectorDrive the strategic sales and marketing planning and trade planning by analyzing business, service, identify competitors in market and handle conflict situations positivelyResponsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.Attend business meetings regularly to understand client s requirement & provide best solutions to the directors.Perform analysis from the client feedback, competitor study, upcoming market situations, new product launch by competitors etc. and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Director.Implement marketing strategy and support marketing functions such as new service launch plan and implement promotional activityRELATIONSHIP BUILDING ACTIVITIESMust be able to network and develop market intelligence for generating leadsResponsible for building & developing strong contacts within the sector and existing clientele. Require to continuously foster and develop the relationship for on-going salesThe IndividualMinimum qualificationsBachelor s degree from an accredited college/university. ExperienceAt least 2 - 3years of experience preferably in similar marketing and sales activities.Personal AttributesAccepts Responsibility - willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility making decisions, being accountable.Openness - communicates honestly, openly, and consistently.
