Following is brief description of the role and responsibilities of the above mentioned position. 1. Role - Responsible for achieving the key deliverables for the geographical area allotted. - Effectively manages sales team and all the resources available. 2. Responsibility Functional Sales forecasting and market analysis. Develops action plans to achieve targets. Key Account Management for the area allotted. Focus on large scale projects and complex tendering. Tracks competitors and develops challenging strategies to retain/increase market position. Plans and organizes for resources. Coordinates with other functional areas. Periodically reports through MIS and other pre-defined reports. Assists in sales forecasting and manpower budgeting for the area. Applies systematic sales management practices with processes and tools provided within organisation. People Sets targets for team and executes the above action plans through them. Leads, monitors, supports and motivates the sales team. Conducts regular meetings with each account person and the team to review action implementation, target achievement and planning. Assesses skills and competencies of each account persons and plans necessary trainings. Mobility needs you Mandatory Engineering Degree/Diploma (Mechanial / Electrical / E&TC) Desirable MBA (Sales & Marketing) Professional Experience - 8-12 Years of experience in Sales from elevator or similar industry. - Minimum 1 year experience in handling a team. - Experienced in Direct Projects Selling, Tendering and Estimating, managing large scale projects. Professional Skills Project management experience, contacts to construction industry, Exposure in handling major customers. Languages (+ levels proficiency, advanced, intermediate, basic) - English (proficiency) - Hindi(advance), - Regional Language(basic)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
