Achieve the revenue and profit target by selling the International and Indian content/solutions to the pharma customers. Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and solutions to customers. Strengthens and supports the existing customers and build a sustainable business for the content and solution offered by Elsevier. Develop the market by identifying and converting the customers which have postential for products/solutions but are not our current customers.Sales Drive the revenue and profit growth by selling International and Indian content in terms of books, journals and customised content/solutions. Conceptualize the solutions as per customer needs and suggest them the solution which suits the need of customers best and bring in good revenue for the organization.Planning & Forecasting Determine product offering and pricing strategy per channel for assigned revenue base and translate into coherent sales strategy and plan the delivering of growth in revenue, customers as well as satisfaction.Work closely with the Product Managers in key pharma companies for selling international and Indian Content and generate revenues. Co-ordinate with Pharma clients for the follow-ups on advertisements, deliveries and payments. Effective forecasting with a strong skill of sensing the business challenges and coming up with effective solutions to mitigate the risks, if any.Develpoing and Managing Marketing Campaign Gather, monitor and evaluate customer/dash board feedback and competitive information. Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be fulfiled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. Focus on sustainable growth by establishing the optimal sales execution process.Internal Co-ordination Work closely with the internal stakeholders and Project Managers in Elsevier for developing the products and timely delivery.Process Re-engineering Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, workflows, reporting and systems for Sales, Product development, and Marketing.Expanding Client base and diversifying medical specialty reach Promoting our product offerings in the specialties and companies which are not our current customers but has the potential for our product and solution offerings.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
