Job Details

Ensure client directly procures all products and services Air, Hotel, Car, Rail, Insurance and VIP services.Complete a regular assessment of client travel program.Review opportunities and cost benefits for supplier contracts to deliver direct savings.Suggest results on savings. Ensure utilization of negotiated supplier deals and business plan to execute client goals.Encourage best practice and develop areas of program growth which benefit both parties.Coordination of all departments and functions to deliver a successful travel program ie., SBT, MI reports, Operations & finance process flow, relationship with the key stakeholders.Using tools, undertake formal reviews of the travel program including analysis on Air contracting, ATP, trends, buying behavior and propose recommendations relevant to the client supplier contracts. All reviews will include industry trends and forecast.Develop and maintain relationships with key travelers, travel bookers and travel managers/procurement/CFO/CEO.Be the first point of contact for the clients travel manager or relative key stakeholder.Utilize ACT system as CRM platform for tracking of all client activity, including meeting updates.Ensure Data Quality and Review presentations.Work regularly with Company sales team on new and existing business opportunities.Proactive approach and contribution at team meetings. Monitor and provide feedback to sales team on known activity in the market.Good in Communication and proficiencyin MS Office & PPT.
