Only candidates with former Retail experience and based from Mumbai will be considered.Objective The position will be responsible managing SIS spaces end to end. Major responsibilities are as followsa) Ensure the achievement of top line and bottom line targets for the assigned retail counters. b) Responsible for Market and Consumer Research of competitorsc) Manage operations and sales of all the retail counters and ensure functionality as per prescribed guidelines. d) Analyse product movement data and manage inventory for all the sites.e) POS Material Management Plan, Allocate, and ensure timely Distribution of POS materials across all stores. f) Responsible for in depth Sales Performance Analysis and provide sales support to the Teams with ideas and data based inputs.g) Responsible for Product Launches and activities ancillary to the launch for the stores. h) Manage Store rosters, training requirements and collection of reports from all sites on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basisi) Conduct BTL activities including events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and other trade and consumer centricbrand promotional activities for the development of thebrand in the identified geographies.j) Vendor Management - Develop and manage vendors for the development of the business of the Company. k) Conceptualize and conduct in store promotional activities.l) Responsible for Competitor Activity Tracking, including New Product Introductions, Trade Marketing Activities and Competitor Pricing on an on-going basis. m) Setting up detailed SKU wise volume / value targets for the assigned products and follow up thereon.n) Responsible for Stock Analysis at Company level on an ongoing basis to ensure proper supplies and prevent losses due to Non Moving and Expired/unsold stocks. o) Formulate product specific Incentive and Scheme Plans for store staff.p) Preparing, maintaining and analyzing MIS for the allocated products. q) Correspond with the retailers for promotions, events,etc The job will entail travel for market visits, activities and surveys.
