Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Flexible PU Foam/ Technical Foam business in the field of business development or Account management preferably with OEMs & Automotive industries.Purpose of the jobTo be responsible for the Sales revenue Budget for entire South India.To develop and successfully complete new projects at existing and new accounts in India.To manage the accounts on day to day basis to ensure that the KURLON share is maintained and enhanced as per the strategic direction provided in a sustainable way.Job ContextKurlon Enterprise Limited developed leadership position in India in majority segments of industry we operate. The position requires actively maintaining and building this postion further in the increased competitive environment.Grow the B2B vertical through effective account management and value selling by establishing the KURLON brand strongly within the customer organisation.To coach the BDEsInternal network - PU Foam business team; Credit Control, Plant Heads External network - Key Accounts (technical , purchase , Sale & BD, General Management), Distributors (small part of the business is handled by them), Competitors (Get market intelligence & updated with new trends)Job ContentTo build a strong position in Flame Laminate industry for Kurlon PU FoamTo build a strong project pipeline for flexible PU Foam covering Auto, B&C and Industrial segmentsTo make an Account Plan for developing the business at all major accounts of the assigned territoryFocus on maintain and growing the relationship at all levels at all major accounts.Sales growth by projects of same applications at existing accounts and share shifting possibilities in a sustainable wayNegotiate pricing contracts, quantities and sales conditions in line with Kurlon business policyCredit policy implementationKeep well informed about new developments and trends of the Flexible PU Foam (Technical Foam) marketReport fully, regularly and in the proper format according to COMPANY proceduresManage efficient customer complaints processMonitor competition position and moves and prepare counter-movesComplexity of the jobA good understanding of value chain of Flame Laminates / B2B PU Foam applications and the complexities involved around account management.Customer base will include MNC Auto OEMs/Tier1s , Industrial customers and even un-organized local playersNeeds to communicate intensively with colleagues in PU Foam business teamKnowledge and educational levelB.E. majored in polymer/Mechanical/Chemical or any other branch of Engineering or PG Diploma from CIPET with MBATechno-commercial skill setFluent spoken and written EnglishRequired level of experiencesMinimum 6-10 years of experience in Flexible PU Foam/ Technical Foam business in the field of business development or Account management.Analytical, with good judgment, business sense and problem solving skills A strong negotiator who is able to identify customers needs and persuasive in presenting ideasA team-player, able to work interdependentlyCoaching ability
