Perform support SME role handling 24* 7 Level 1 support BAU activities, closely working with Vendor staff managing BAU support coverage and service delivery .Escalation Management facilitate RCA/NPL forums with vendor partner to ensure service quality and production stability.Service delivery - Monitor, analyze, report and ensure day-to-day operational execution, control over volume, SLA and process/technology changes. Collaborate with Vendor partners to implement CSI initiatives.Drive efficiency - identify operational efficiency opportunities, automation opportunities, document and track until closure. Knowledge management - Track all knowledge management requirements and ensure completing required updates on a timely manner. Communicate changes with Vendor partners..Compliance requirement - Ensure all CS audit and control requirements are properly tracked and meet deadlines for the service supported.Manage operational tools/process changes - participate in Operational Acceptance process and Ensure controlled entry into production operationsTask onboarding and work driver elimination - consolidate requirement by coordinating with appropriate stakeholders (Level 2 support and Vendor Partners) and track until closure You Offer Required SkillsAt least 5 years of successful IT Production Support in Banking applications and proven track record of leading by example. Experience in managing vendor resourcesThorough understanding of vendor management/ 1st or 2nd line support operations, IT best practices, industry trends and customer serviceExperience in Supporting application using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, UNIX Shell Script and Oracle, SQL ITIL foundation certification and experience of working in ITIL oriented operationsExcellent interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to multi-task and work with multiple counterparties across the globe under tight delivery timelines.Desired SkillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong desire to own issues through to resolutionProven team player, Self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision.A believer in continuous improvement of services, processes and operational efficiency
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 5-10
