As part of a team of L2/L3 IP Engineering Team you will carry out configuration,integration, commissioning testing & change implementation at the CORE, aggregation & access sites. The team is responsible for all product relatedintegration, configurations and change implementation, making nodes service ready and visible from the NOC.Additionally the engineer will carry out performance testing, trouble shooting, TACcase log collection as part of the deployment & integration duties. You will workclosely with the Cisco TAC team to drive issue resolution. Experience Required 1]Good Telecom Industry Service Provider Knowledge is essential2] Expert Level (hands-on) on IP Service Provider technologies relevant to the Reliance network deployment.3]Performance testing - in Service Provider enviroments.4]Trouble shooting in Service Provider environments Roles & Responsibilities1]As part of the team, implement, configure and maintain the Reliance Servicerovider network 2]2nd tier technical support for Customer Support and NOC3]Develop appropriate standards and practices and ensure that they aredocumented, maintained and applied to all projects and services.4]Identify, acquire and/or train Operations on the introduction of new processes, techniques, and technologies as necessary in support of newservices or service features. 5]Write procedures for the NOC to handle common tasks.6]Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.Education / Training / Qualifications1]Minimum Two years Operations and/or Network engineering in an NGN Service Provider network2]Significant experience with large scale and complex projects.3]A high-level of technical expertise, have strong organizational skills and be able to learn and define technical processes and procedures.4]Candidate must be able to plan, provide analysis, and implement technical solutions.5]Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 8-13
