Level-2 SERVICE DESK Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She willbe responsible to provide Remote Desktop support to the clients andprovide technical resolution Related to Desktop, Laptop, Printers & Macoperating systems.-Clients Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000-Servers Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008,-Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007-ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center-User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes,Distribution lists-Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, LiveIncumbent should open for 24X7 operations.Skill Requirements-Basic technical knowledge of PCsBasic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and NetworkingBasic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows X
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-6
