Job Details

To provide support to QC and new product development inorder to ensure timely development and delivery of the masterbatches. Responsibilities To support in development of new products related different polymers To assist lab manager in development of matching's for Polyester staple fibres & filamentTo record & maintain and report data related to new receipe To interact with production and collect online sample for analysis carry out colour matching and other physical properties tests like filter index etc. Collect the blended finished goods from plant for analsis and report results to lab manager.Correct the colour deviation under theguidance of the lab manager To test new subsitute raw materials as per the standards & procedure To carry out routine quality control test on raw materials. Maintain the samples in a liberary so that they are referred and retrived from time to timeTo ensure compliances to the product safety related requirements during the development. Skills Colour Matching experience .Understanding of textile spinning linesUnderstanding of extrusion processUnderstanding of various pigmentsEducation - Graduate with Plastic Processing & Testing programme from CIPET or BE Polymers Experience - 6-7 years work experience in matching the colours in Master batch industry or doing product development. If the work experience is going to be in Fibre MB the candidate would get preference
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
