They also strive to maintain cooperative relationships with governmental policy makers and the regulatory and self-regulatory agencies that govern the firm s businesses.Background on the PositionThe LCD Manager will provide administrative support globally on behalf of Legal and Compliance, including but not limited to system entitlements, MER (major expenditure) administration, training administration, Outside Counsel database administration, Sharepoint maintenance, and T360 (Invoice) Administration. This role will have supervisory and oversight responsibility for the LCD Administration and Operations Analyst. Primary Responsibilities-Act as day to day manager of LCD Analyst. Complete necessary performance reviews. Provide necessary training and guidance.-Escalate issues as necessary to respective LCD contacts.-Prepare status and activity reports to LCD management.-Make recommendations on process improvements.Outside Counsel Administration-Maintain Master Debt Schedule-collation of monthly debt statements from law firms into master spreadsheet. Update schedule on an ongoing basis-Invoicing-research/respond to standard queries-Law firm vendor set up-form completion and approvals. Liaise with set up team(AP)-Outside Counsel Policy maintenance-uploading acceptances, exceptions, fee arrangements, rate cards to SharePoint T360-Process rate approvals-Research invoice failures-Perform quarterly reporting MER Administration-Perform maintenance to include removal of inactive sponsors and researching inactive MERsTraining Administration-Maintain CPD database and applicable administration Other Administration-Maintenance of designated SharePoint sites, updating applicable QRCs, etc.QUALIFICATIONSSkills required (essential) -Good oral and written communication skills-Strong project management and analytical skills-Must be very organized and have a high level of attention to detail-Ability to multi task-Flexible in a changing work environment-Ability to interact with Senior management across the firm-Team player with the ability to work independently-Proficient in MS Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills are a plus
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 2-6
