The SAP FICO support lead analyst is responsible for delegating support tasks to the appropriate leads and analysts to ensure a balanced workload throughout the team. SAP FICO lead would be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables, trouble shooting and providing apt solutions of team with appropriate communication, coordination and reporting will be required between the EITC Lead Analyst and the global SAP teams to ensure smooth and successful completion of these support needs. Should have good command of integration of SAP FICO with other modules like SD, MM & PP. Should be able manage and coordinate third party stakeholders likes bank, SAP for particular issue. Candidates should have complete understanding of end to end service management processes such as Incident management, request management, problem management, change management and release management. Through their understanding of the service management process, identifying, measuring, reporting and communicating SLAs with root cause analysis on breaches etc. will be key.Candidate should demonstrate following technical and functional competencies related to SAP Finance Accounting (General Ledger) Classic GL ECC6, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Finance Reporting) and its integration with MM, PP, SD and CS module.Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) and its integration with SAP PP (BOMs, Production Orders) and SAP MM (Material pricing (PIR) and Order Settlements. Hands-on Product Cost rolls and analysis is a MUST.Profitability Analysis (COPA) and its integration with SD and CS module.Cost/Profit Centre Accounting Statutory ReportingTax - India and global , Should have exposure of GSTLegal Entity DefinitionFinancial Consolidation & Intercompany Elimination. Hands-on data migration including Product Costing and Cost Variance Analysis is a MUSTGood understanding the various modules of SAP FICO and be able to support the various functionalities likeECC 6.0 version, SAP 4.6c, 4.7, 5.0Automatic payment program for Vendors, Master data, Fixed Assets, Consolidation reporting.Integration with Hyperion, various interfaces to the SAP system (exchange rates, expense reports, EDI)Have a Good Knowledge of SAP reporting Tools like Report Painter, Report Writer, and Drill down reporting and ABAP Query.Proven competency in presentation, training, documentation and support. Training Business Process Owners, Power users and End users.The position requires managing and interacting with global technical/functional SAP teams and/or with the customer through daily activities, weekly meetings and/or regular progress reviews. This resource will leverage standard SAP processes and program/portfolio methodologies to manage and measure work driving continuous overall system and resource improvement. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency working in ECC 4.7 as well as ECC 6.0. To coordinate and communicate Module Specific status, productions remedy queue status; handle escalations; and ensure alignment between the sector goals, IT strategy, and prioritization of Incidents / Requests/ problem. Will lead SAP FICO support FICO by leveraging knowledge and experience in SAP moduleWill provide production support to address custom and standard development issues.Analyze business processes and systems processes & recommend improvements that use standard Eaton software and processes.Ability to understand and drive regional solutions and implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standardsParticipate in business process improvement committees as needed.Will continually learn new advanced development technologies and programming techniques to provide value to our business by enhancing self-knowledge and capability.Will provide excellent quality solutions as well as excellent documentation including unit test scripts and results.Will mentor and guide the support team on technical training and ITIL processesManage the shift and on-call roaster to provide support team coverage across 2 shiftsWill communicate and mentor the support team on global support processes and procedures and ensure that they are adhered to.Will Manage the delegation of support resources to support requirementsUp to 25% travel may be required globally for this position.Define and gather operational and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Participate in benchmarking and comparison to industry standards to improve the activities of the IT departmentEngages customer and IT resources to drive ongoing operational efficiencies and process improvements; Acts as escalation point for complex issue resolution.Establishes the necessary training and development to maintain a highly effective, competent staff. Counsels subordinates in career path development, process improvement, and skill development. Prepares and manages performance measurement and evaluation of subordinates.Provides an understanding of both technology and business concepts and is able to articulate business processes. Recommends improvements to technical and business processes.Consults with customers and IT managers to develop, define, and prioritize work assignments and work delivery.Ensuring quality delivery of team member tasks in accordance to the plan.Develop communication strategies and leading communications with senior executives and key stakeholders globallyEnsure sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholdersPerform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)
