Job Details

Experience in voice based process providing Help-desk Support (IT). Manage service desk team & own overall performance metrics of the team members.Knowledge of technical helpdesk support functions and should be be open to a 24*7 work environment.To ensure effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the technical troubleshooting requirements and performance tuning within Service Level commitments made to the customer within. The main role is to provide single point of contact at offshore Service.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
