We are looking for self-motivated individual with experience in voice based process providing Help-desk Support (IT)To manage service desk team & own overall performance metrics of the team members.The ideal candidate should have very good knowledge of technical helpdesk support functions with a minimum 4 year experience and should be open to a 24*7 work environment.Knowledge of Incident Management is requiredShould be good in taking initiatives and responsible enough to handle pressureResponsibilitiesShould be well versed in handling the daily operations activity.Problem solving skills; Strong thinking process with ability to apply/implement solutions within team. Will act as a first point of internal escalation for Service Desk executives.To represent the service desk on the client calls.Experience in similar help-desk profile which involves Incident Management & technical troubleshooting preferably in Retail domain.Ensure the Service Desk internal processes & procedures are adhered to by the team.Working towards meeting the defined SLAs for all metrics Maximize customer satisfaction through effective solutions delivery Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Tickets /Voice-mails Prepare & Manage reports on the tickets handled and other tasksTo maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principlesShould possess excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills, inter-personal skills Should have wideexposure in customer & client interaction Must possess Problem Solving and Analytical Ability
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
