The Global Operations Lead Financial Analyst-FP&A India demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives in the region. In this role you will contribute to the financial planning and analysis activities for Global Delivery Team and Rest of India operations. You will ensure efficient and effective operations by providing accurate, high quality and timely performance analytics to local, regional and global operations management.Essential Responsibilities- Manage functional base cost and project performance - build measurement system, analysis and reporting throughout all operating cycles (Op, Business blueprint) and actuals/estimates.- Track progress against plan at a granular level, recommend actions to achieve planned performance, ensure accuracy of the pillar s financial results by recognizing controllership issues & P/L presentation accuracy, respond to ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner.- Build operating mechanism systems & master data hierarchy, reporting calendar, standard processes - for efficient, transparent and accurate accounting, reporting and consolidation across all systems, businesses, countries and legal entities.- Effectively partner with the pillar s functional leaders, regional and HQ FP&A teams to ensure high quality and speed of financial analysis/reporting, facilitating efficient decision making, driving growth and productivity.- Cost allocation & simplified billing mechanism - Operate global and local elements of the standard process. Create local financial infrastructure for efficient data management, provide financial analytics for standard cost calculations for all products involved, lead the billing process to ensure accuracy and compliance, provide financial support & expertise in working with all stakeholders regional business finance, Tax and GGO finance teams.- For other shared service products, operations or functions not involved into global standard process, in cooperation with regional/global functional leaders create standard regional allocation mechanism (establish metrics, distribution keys, LE charge out mechanism.- Actively participate in creation and operation of various cost allocation mechanism to ensure STAT&TAX compliance and cost deductibility, comprehensive documentation for transfer pricing purposes.- Process standardization and simplification Contributing to regional standardization initiatives for cost center and business hierarchy management & projects, provide financial analysis and insight in support of additional special projects as required. Lead as necessary, regional finance initiatives in implementing global processes, aimed at driving global consistency and simplification- Working closely with the GO India FP&A Manager and GO Asia FP&A Leader & support the build out of the Global Delivery Team processes relating to billing, budgeting, resources planning, cost liquidations etc.Qualifications/Requirements- CA / CPA or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration- 5-7 years of finance experience at multinational corporation, FP&A experience is a must. Any prior accounting experience is an advantage- Strong analytical skills with ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers generate alternatives and drive positive change-Solid PC skills experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills in data compilation and cost modeling-Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows- Proficient in Hyperion and Oracle applications
