Responsibilities Lead and deliver a comprehensive HR service to the businessEmployee Relations managing absence, grievances, sickness etc.Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvementPerformance Management coaching managers on performance management issues and processesLearning & Development providing guidance on development for managers and their teamsTraining Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvementRecruitment & retention managing talent and succession planning; taking responsibility for recruitment activity and campaignsReward, advise and support employees on company benefitsPolicy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processesIn conjunction with the Head of HR, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all people issuesManage HR budgetsQualificationsA Post Graduate degree in Human Resource management and business administration6+ years of experience in handling HR processes and implementation for a mid d IT companyKnowledge of local labour and company lawsDemonstrated ability to pay close attention to details and the ability to resolve conflicts.Excellent written and oral English language communication skills, be able to follow written instructions, and exercise independent judgment in problem-solving.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
