We are the hiring partner of one of the largest chains of Multiplexes in India. The current opening is for the profile ofLead HR.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManpower Cost &BudgetingManpower cost/admission to be achieved as per the target given.New site opening budgetRegular track of wage cost for the cinemasOptimising manpower costAbsenteeism control. Coordination with C&B team for wage cost updates and minimum wage revisions and incentives.Recruitment & On-boarding Coordinating with Talent Acquisition team for the recruitment. Sharing budget and job descriptions. On boarding supervision through HR coordinators at the sites.Attrition ControlKeeping track of employees' turnovermaintain the attrition at the target levelexit interview and report compliancesIdentifying the reasons for attritionImproving employees' retention. Employees' Engagement ActivitiesExecution of plan through HR coordinators. Coordination with Talent Management Team for a plan. Feedbacks of the activities.HR ProcessesImplementation of HR policies for smooth HR operationsPeople feedback and process revisionNew process implementation. Cinema HR Audits. Performance AssessmentPeriodic and Annual Appraisals for Cinema teamProbation assessmentCoordination with TMT for regular performance updates on the people and about their growth plan.IR & Statutory Compliances Ensure smooth operations without any gap in the compliances. Handle IR and HR legal issues in coordination with Legal department
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
