Partner with external teams, consulting organizations to design and implement leadership development strategies and programs that will help, develop and retain talents.Collaborate with stakeholders in the design of learning solutions and learning methodologies to deliver the solutions.Create the Leadership and Management development architecture including design and deployment of role based leadership development programs, change management frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs.Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologiesPartner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for taBuild effective ER SolutionsEngage with various stakeholders in the external environment to maintain harmonious relations and mitigate legal, environmental and reputational risk to the firm.Maintain a harmonious ER climate through various employee and stakeholder engagement initiatives.Advise on impact of global contracts from an India employment law and regulations perspective and work with the global team to develop solutions to address such challenges, where required.Design effective compliance frameworks and oversee execution of the same to ensure compliance to the various employment related statutory as well as internal requirements and auditslents, career planning, skill development, Industry Institute partnershipCoach and supervise a team of talent development professionals
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
