Create high quality communications for print, online and digital mediaDevelop and implement yearly integrated marketing communications planLead the design, development and execution of critical and creative marketing communications campaignsDemonstrate a solid understanding of the principles of brand building; generate a brand vision and promise, and help advise and counsel senior leaders on ways to develop and build the brand today and over time.Have a good working knowledge of how to extract and leverage client and customer insights to inform everything from planning to improving operations and the overall brand experience. Coordinate conference, in-house and company hosted external events, trade shows, and press interviews.Communicate client satisfaction measures taken periodically.Develop a compelling content strategy as part of the marketing communications plan and campaigns. Leverage direct experience recommending, developing and distributing new and innovative content.Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.Build relationships with key internal stake holders across global regions through solid strategic counsel, plan development and excellence in execution. Prepare briefing materials to be shared with internal stakeholders and the vendors.Provide content support to leadership in the form of speech scripts and email support.Review and provide feedback on the communications teams processes, approaches, key objectives, and methodologies, with an eye on marketing communications needs and skills.Help build a high-performing communications team by modeling desired behaviors and serving as a mentor to junior members of the team.Mandatory skills/ knowledge1. Communications management for internal and external audiences2. Has preliminary knowledge of digital marketing especially social media marketing and management. 3. Advanced qualifications for marketing, marketing communications, communications and/or public relations4. Experience working in a complex, global environment5. Deep experience in marketing and/or marketing communications for internal and external audience6. Global communication experience and appreciation for cultural sensitivities in ASEAN and Africa.Preferred skills and knowledge1. General understanding of how Insurance and Banking industry works 2. Working with branding agency or corporate brand building experience3. Demonstrated ability to be successful in a growing organization environments4. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and cross-function/platform5. Proven ability to embrace and drive change in the organization6. Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization7. Drive for outcomes and results while staying aligned with overall strategyCareer Experience and qualifications 1. Mass Communications or MBA with marketing specialisation2. 7+ years of experience in progressively elevated marketing or marketing communications positions working on large-scale plans, campaigns and projects
