Our toolkit includes Git, Github, Pivotal tracker, Slack, JIRA, Skype, VMWare Fusion & Gmail.Regular calls and discussions with our clients ensure that we're always on track.Frequent talks and training sessions keep us up to date on the latest in tech.What we are looking forLead Ruby Developer.You would need to haveExperience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and RescueExperience in building applications with Rails, Sinatra or Padrino.Experience in building front-end features with Jquery.Excellent understanding of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTfulA knack for writing clean, readable Ruby codeFamiliarity withdevelopment aiding tools such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etcKnow how's of Continuous IntegrationExperience with relational and non-relational databases like Mysql, Postgres, MongoDB.Proficient with Git.Experience with Redis, Memcacheand Amazon S3Amazing people skillsFlawless and impressive communicationUnderstand how to coach and train peopleSet standards and never compromize on qualityWould be awesome if you haveFamiliarity with message queues likeBeanstalkd, RabbitMQ.Familiarity Messaging protocols like XMPP.Experience in building and maintaining distributed systems.Familiarity with one other language like C, Go, Java, LispUnderstanding of the Microservices architecture.
